Franco DeMeo was born and raised in Nimes, France by missionary parents. He started playing music when he moved to California. Within a year he taught himself to play guitar, sing and write songs all by ear. Franco has been writing since 2006, performing since 2012, and producing since 2015. He booked his first show with no band, and had to scramble to find players to play the gig. Soon after that, his first band, Cyan Rising was born.
